Last August, we had a very special customer whose life story affected our entire team. We wanted to extend to him our understanding and unconditional support in light of his particular situation.
"Dr. Danjou is a client who really touched me!" remarked Walter Skau, a Mazda sales consultant.
"He came to us a few weeks ago in the hope of finding a new vehicle. As he lost his wife a few years ago, his vehicle had great sentimental value. I took the time to listen to his needs and find him a vehicle that met his expectations in every regard! I gave him the best service I could and I found him a GS CX-5 which I thought would suit him perfectly!"
When it came time to do the vehicle exchange, the entire team at Mazda 2-20 joined together to support Mr. Danjou in what was a very touching situation.
"It was important to us to keep in touch with Mr. Danjou, so we told him he could always contact us with any questions. We wanted to give him a new family to lean on, and this family is the employees of Mazda 2-20! "
